As an employer of hundreds of professionals, each with unique personalities, skill-sets and backgrounds, QUINTA-ANALYTICA takes staff engagement, motivation, and culture incredibly seriously.

With an in-house HR team, led by Mrs. Zuzana Korandová, their daily focus is on developing the best in everyone, encouraging uptake of further training, and ensuring a fun, enjoyable work environment.

Coming from a background in Labor Law and Psychology, Zuzana’s own work experience spans a range of industries including business, medical IT, and production environments and she uses the skills gathered in those roles to help forge HR processes, develop company culture, mentor her colleagues in the department and ultimately care for the whole Quinta family.

On her position, and the part it plays in the Quinta ecosystem, Zuzana states “We are not interested in consuming and replenishing staff as resources. We care about the team, the relationships, and how we can develop talent.  The role of HR in Quinta is simply to support great working performance”.
